【Principle of Test】

The kit is using competitive colloidal gold immunoassay method. sample is added to sample hole, if there is AHD in samples, it will combine with marked antibodies, prevent the marked antibodies from combining the Nitrofurantoin antigens of NC nitrocellulose membrane.

If AHD contents in sample solution are greater than detection limit, the test line will not display color reaction (or color is shallower than the control line), the result is positive; If AHD contents in sample solution are less than detection limit, the test line will display purple (or color is the same as the test line), the result is negative.
