【Principle of Test】

The kit is using competitive colloidal gold immunoassay method. sample is added to sample hole, if there is Chloramphenicol in samples, it will combine with marked antibodies, prevent the marked antibodies from combining the Chloramphenicol antigens of NC nitrocellulose membrane.

If CAP contents in sample solution are greater than detection limit, the test line will not display color reaction (or color is shallower than the control line color), the result is positive; If CAP contents in sample solution are less than detection limit, the test line will display purple (or color is the same as the test line color) , the result is negative.
