Deoxynivalenol (DON) ELISA Test Kit

Specification

96T/kit        96T*5/kit

Principle of Test

The Deoxynivalenol (DON) ELISA Test Kit is based on a competitive colorimetric ELISA assay.

The DON antigen has been coated in the plate wells. During the analysis, sample is added along with the DON-horseradish peroxidase (DON-HRP) conjugate. If the DON residue is present in the sample, it will compete for the DON antibody, thereby preventing the DON-HRP from binding to the antibody attached to the well, last, take coloration with TMB substrate. The samples absorbance value is an inverse relationship with DON content. Lastly, compared with the standard curve can be concluded the DON residues in sample.
