【Principle of Test】

The kit is using colloidal gold immunoassay method, sample is added to sample hole, sample with colloidal gold markers will move along NC nitrocellulose membrane.

If the sample exist PRRV Antibody, Antibody then binds to the antigen and detection of colloidal gold marker and display purple lines, if the sample does not exist PRRV antibody does not produces color reaction.
