Quinolones (QNS) Rapid Test Strip

Specification

50T/kit

Principle of Test

The kit is using competitive colloidal gold immunoassay method. sample is added to sample hole, if there is QNS in samples, it will combine with marked antibodies, prevent the marked antibodies from combining the Quinolones antigens of NC nitrocellulose membrane.

If QNS contents in sample solution are greater than detection limit, the test line will not display color reaction and the result is positive; If QNS contents in sample solution are less than detection limit, the test line will display purple and the result is negative.
